Kamilla Fodor
Vice President / Community Outreach & Partnerships
I am an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is deeply passionate about community engagement and the realisation of ideas. I have a professional background in social services, social research, and community education.
My journey in the nonprofit sector began at the age of 16 when I started volunteering at a reception center near my hometown of Budapest. Since then, I have developed a profound admiration for grassroots initiatives and self-organization.
To effectively address the mental health needs of both local residents and newcomers, I firmly believe in adopting a multidisciplinary approach that fosters innovation and practical solutions. It is precisely for this reason that I find Mieli Without Borders to be an ideal platform for cultivating effective practices, forging meaningful connections, and providing support to all.

Nadja Koskela
Member of the Board / Marketing & Communication
Born, raised and – somewhat – grown up in Germany, I chose Finland as my home almost 7 years ago. With a background and close to a decade of experience in digital marketing, I have always been interested in purpose-driven organizations. Going through some struggles myself, I experienced first-hand how difficult it is to get support for one’s mental health, even more if you’re not Finnish or Finnish-speaking.
MIELI Without Borders aims to fill exactly this gap, and I am proud and happy to be part of this mission.
Amalia Arsenie
Deputy Board Member / Marketing & Communications

I bring a unique perspective that blends deep analytical thinking with creative vision. With a passion for creating experiences that resonate, I work across digital, social, and traditional media to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
My focus on Mieli Without Borders stems from a strong belief in the power of mental health advocacy and I’m excited to use my skills in driving global conversations and inspire positive change.
I’m committed to developing innovative strategies that resonate across cultures and promote a more inclusive, supportive world for mental health awareness.
Michelle Jiménez Caviedes
Deputy Board Member / Volunteer Coordination
I was born in Colombia and grew up in Bogotá. I graduated as a psychologist with experience since 2017 and am currently finishing my Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and Education. I decided to move to Finland in 2021, and I believe that – regardless of culture and language – we all have the right to receive mental health support and opportunities that give us tools to take care of our well-being.
I am happy to be part of MIELI Without Borders and believe in the purpose of its existence, as it provides support to the multicultural population residing in Finland and raises the voice of this multicultural community for their rights and emotional and mental well-being.
