Participate in organizing a group activity or facilitate discussions on mental health & well-being. Group activity themes can be art, yoga, poetry, nature – you name it! As a Toivo facilitator, you can strengthen your network and establish your own community.
Spread the message
Help raise awareness on mental health promotion.
Bring your skills in communications, marketing, writing, social media, language, photography, fundraising, etc. Write blog posts and encounter people at events.
