In Finland, mental health support has multiple facets that are dependent on need, wishes, urgency, and eligibility. This is especially true when it comes to public services.
At MIELI Without Borders, we believe you should have access to support that is right for you. As an organization, we focus on awareness about mental health and the prevention of mental health problems. Thus, our aim is to offer activities and tools to strengthen mental well-being.
This can include directly linking you with services from our network, connecting you with a peer support group, and more.
If you are not sure what sort of support you are looking for, please read through our webpage and get in touch.
Omamieli
One great tool for you to use is the Omamieli website. The content is designed to give the multicultural community more information about the meaning of mental health.
We provide you with tips and actions you can take every day to look after yourself and others available in English and Arabic.
